DNE Transformers and DNE Electricals
The company, DNE Transformers , an existing profit making company established
in the year 1998.
The Chief Promoters of the company, Mr. Jagdish Chanddra Joshi have the
rich experience in this field for over Two Decades. DNE Electricals is
sister concern of DNE Transformers.
Testing & Inspection
After passing through series of rigorous stage inspections, finally all
Transformers on completion are subject to routine tests in accordance
with IS:2026. Work Test Certificates can be furnished with transformers.
Insulation
Press board, Electrical Grade Kraft paper with high mechanical strength
and dielectric properties are used. Inter turn and Inter layer insulation
is based on Impulse Test Level of the windings specified. These insulations
comply to IS : 1576.
Winding
Transformers are made from high conductivity, soft drawn, annealed Electrolytic
Copper/Aluminium conductors or enameled conductors. Different types of
windings like Helical, Spiral, Continuous, Cross over or Disc type shall
be used best to suit the design. The conductors are insulated with electrical
grade Kraft paper. Ducts are provided to ensure the temperature gradient
between windings and oil, and thus, the hot spot temperature is in line
with the class of insulation chosen.
Fitting & Accessories
All standard fittings and accessories such as Oil Level Gaup Changerge,
Breather, Earthing terminals, Rating & Diagram plate, Filter valve,
Off Load Tap Changer/ on Load Tap Changer etc. are provided as per IS
: 2026. Extra fittings and accessories can be provided to special and
specific requirements of the customers.
